October has been a very productive month with exciting additions and Major updates. We have many things to go through so let's just jump into it!
New front-end implementation service: Companion App
We are proud to present our newest implementation service and addition to the product family: Quest Companion! This "companion app" is the most out of the box implementation alternative that fits perfectly if you either do not have an existing product to implement GWEN into or if you do not have any front end developers available in-house. With this implementation your users log into our iOS & Android app and all front end is then handled by the app, you only need to hook up the events to be sent to our API. Download the app today!
The new dashboard is shown when signed in and will display at a glance information about your implementation with links to the various more in depth sections for each card. We will add more types of dashboard cards going forward - stay tuned!
A new section is added to our admin system: user management. Here you will be able to see your users and make various setting for each of them. You can flag users as dev-users, change the segmentation and user groups of them and also invite them to use the companion app if enabled in your implementation. Please contact us if you want to activate the companion app for your implementation!
We have added a more secure method of storing and handling your API-tokens. You can find it under Account when signed in to the admin system.
Updates to Behaviour system
We have made updates to our behaviour system making it possible to work with larger time spans and to more easily set up new behaviours. More behaviour system updates are in the making to be released soon.
Overhaul of Admin System UI
We have done a major overhaul of the general UI in the Admin system, adding a sidebar for the different sections, a more unified UI layout and much more. Let us know what you think of the new look!
Update to the API-documentation
The API-documentation has seen some substantial improvements over the past few months and we have now release them publicly. We have made the contents of the documentation more relevant to you actual implementation and added new guiding sections for both event reporting and module implementation. We are now focusing on the documentation continuously so keep an eye on the roadmap for more details.
